Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to digital products sold by Buy With Evidence, operated by Fidum Pty Ltd.
Our products are downloadable digital PDF toolkits, checklists, worksheets and related files. They are not physical goods and cannot be physically returned after delivery.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major problem, is not as described, is not supplied with due care and skill, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-mind refunds
Because our products are digital files delivered automatically after purchase, we generally do not provide refunds for change of mind once download access has been provided.
Examples of change of mind include:
- you no longer need the product;
- you bought the wrong product;
- you expected personalised legal, mechanical or vehicle-specific advice;
- you did not read the product description, beta notice or scope limits before purchase;
- your device or PDF viewer does not support every fillable PDF feature, where the product page already explained recommended use.
We may still consider reasonable requests case by case.
Access or download problems
If you cannot access your files, contact us first at:
support@buywithevidence.com.au
We will take reasonable steps to help, which may include:
- resending the download link;
- checking the download limit;
- confirming the correct email address;
- providing basic access guidance;
- replacing a corrupted or incorrect file.
If we cannot supply the purchased digital product within a reasonable time after being notified of the issue, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us at support@buywithevidence.com.au with both order numbers. We will review the issue and may refund the duplicate order where appropriate.
Beta Edition products
Beta Edition products are limited paid market-test releases. They are complete enough for use, but may be updated based on customer feedback.
Buying a Beta Edition product does not mean:
- we diagnose vehicles;
- we guarantee vehicle condition;
- we provide legal advice;
- we replace a qualified pre-purchase inspection;
- we verify current state or territory requirements for you.
If a Beta Edition product is materially different from its product description, contact us and we will review the issue.

- the product purchased;
- a clear description of the issue;
- screenshots if relevant.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will usually be returned to the original payment method. Bank, card, PayPal or payment-provider processing times may vary.
