This store sells downloadable digital products only.
No physical products are shipped.
Digital delivery
After successful payment, your digital product will be supplied by electronic download link through the checkout/order status page and/or by email.
For the best experience, download the ZIP file to a desktop or laptop, unzip the folder, and open the fillable PDF files using a compatible desktop PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Browser and mobile PDF viewers may not support every fillable form, field or calculation feature consistently.
Shipping charges
No shipping charge applies to our digital products.
If a shipping field appears during checkout, it is used only for checkout, billing, fraud-prevention, tax, payment or account purposes. It does not mean a physical product will be shipped.
Delivery timeframe
Digital download access is normally provided automatically after successful payment.
Access problems
If you do not receive your download link, cannot open the ZIP file, or believe the wrong file was supplied, contact us at:
support@buywithevidence.com.au
Please include:
- your order number;
- the email address used at checkout;
- the product purchased;
- a clear description of the issue.
We will take reasonable steps to help, which may include resending access, checking the download limit, confirming the correct email address, or replacing an incorrect or corrupted file.
Download limits
Download access may be limited to a set number of downloads per customer. If you reach the limit because of a genuine access issue, contact us and we will review the issue.
No postal delivery
We do not send printed copies, USB drives, CDs, DVDs, binders or other physical materials.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
